The Losin’ It program is a customized plan to help you eat clean, and lose weight. It consists of:

Free Consultation
When you book a consultation you will meet with Kelly who will discuss your nutrition and weight loss goals. Kelly will explain the Losin’ It! program in more detail and will answer any questions that you have. This can be done at our clinic or over the phone, but we would love to see your smiling face so give us a call and come on down.

Once you decide to join, your program includes:

1.    Weekly Weigh-Ins
Each week you will have your weigh in and then your consultant will review your ‘Eat Sheet’ from the previous 7 days. All clients are expected to keep an Eat Sheet, which gives your consultant insight into your nutritional habits. The Eat Sheet is also a valuable resource as it provides a clear picture in the event that your meal plan needs to be adjusted based on your bodies response to your customized program.

2.    Customized Meal plans
Each week you will be given a customized meal plan for your next 7 days. This will be tailored to your correct portion sizes as well as your individual tastes. Along with your Meal Plan, you will be given the recipes for each meal. All food on the plan can be found at your local grocery store. Losin’ It focuses on proper nutrition, clean eating and portion control. No bars, shakes, supplements or expensive food to buy! Your Meal Plan is designed to double up some of the meals, which saves you a lot of money on your grocery bill.

3.    Nutritional Education
A key element for long-term results is proper education. Each week your Losin’ It consultant will spend a few minutes explaining vital elements regarding proper nutrition. These include topics such as: how to read food labels, understanding the role of insulin in weight gain, emotional eating triggers, and many more. At Losin’ It, we are committed to helping you expand your knowledge regarding nutrition. At the end of your 3-month program we want you to be equipped to make healthy choices whether at the grocery store or the restaurant.

4.    Exercise Guidance
Kelly will also discuss your exercise plan. We believe exercise is important but we know that one size does not fit all. Kelly will help guide you in your design of an effective exercise program that fits your life.

5.    One on One
Kelly will work with you one-on-one. You will not have to share your time with anyone else, unless you want to of course. Kelly will be your guide, and your coach, as the two of you work together to help you meet your weight loss goals.
