One solution we offer is personal life coach training to bring you the tools of Emotional Fitness using techniques taught by author Warren Redman. These techniques can help bring equilibrium back to your life. Life Coach training is now offered to individuals, teams, and organizations who would like to enhance their Emotional Fitness levels.
The question “What is Emotional Fitness Training?” is fairly difficult to explain when in comparison “Are you physically fit?” is a fairly easy question to answer. You can stand on a scale, measure your height, and check your BMI. Run on an up-hill walking machine with monitors on your chest and have a professional tell you if you are physically fit. On the other hand, if in other people’s eyes you don’t look physically fit but feel great, and they look great but are depressed, who is really in better health?

Emotional Fitness let’s you answer your own questions and helps you listen to yourself. What does that mean exactly? It starts with learning how to listen to others and having someone actually listen to you. Imagine having someone listen to you without interrupting to give their opinion, imagine having someone listen to you without telling you that they know exactly how you feel. No one knows exactly how you feel. You know exactly how you feel.
Emotional Fitness starts with a process called Listening Power. You will learn to listen to yourself and others, create better relationships and become more fulfilled through learning the five stages of Powerful Listening. There are eight other steps in the Emotional Fitness program which was developed by Warren Redman.
